This dealership is UNTRUSTWORTHY. I purchased a car from them in June 2022 and a written condition of the purchase was that they were going to buy a replacement part for the car and send to me when it came in. I would check with the dealership on the part every 6-8weeks, and would get the same run around that it was still on back order. After 5 months I finally asked if they had any intention on following through on the written agreement. They told me to find the part on my own on ebay and send them the receipt and they would reimburse me. Given that the dealership failed to uphold there side of the agreement from day 1, I do not trust that they will reimburse me if I spend more of my own money on the car, not to mention the time and hassle it will take on my part to find the correct part on ebay.

I have to say I was so very impressed with the way this car dealership is with people!! They are awesome and I specifically would like to name John Garcia. I have never had such a humble, respectful person give customer service the way he does. We texted and inquired about our new vehicle first and He was forefront and honest about the process from applying to the payments. We went in the same day and left that night with our new vehicle! My car buying experience was fine and the salesperson was nice and professional. However they made a mistake and registered my car the wrong color. Found out the hard way when I got pulled over and had to prove it wasn’t a stolen vehicle. Not sure how that sloppy mistake was made but it’s been a headache dealing with the dmv to get corrected (especially being a travel nurse working out of state, can’t just easily drive in to fix things). I initially reached out to autonation to make them aware of the mistake and if they had any way they could fix it on their end since Im working out of state and they and never returned my phone call. Took a lot of time to fix their mistake with no real apology. Just double check their paperwork if you buy from here.

Michelle listened to our needs, budget, and target goals in getting a new car. She found us the best car for us and helped to answer all our questions. I really liked her willingness to help and no-BS approach. She even offered to come get my son and I who were stranded with a stalled vehicle waiting for a tow to the dealership. She went above and beyond for us. I have already recommended her to our friend and we will come to her with our next car too. I only gave 4 stars because, while Michelle was awesome, there was a warning light for tire pressure that they didn't resolve even after the complimentary clean and there's a glitch with the seat belts that the alarm goes off every few minutes if it's unbuckled even if no one is in the seat. Those were not addressed when we were buying the car and I suspect they knew so they lost a star for honesty.

This experience was white glove service by far one of the most friendly helpful dealerships I have visited. I've never bought a car from a dealership always cash or through the auctions so i was a bit skeptical I visited 5 places before coming to AutoNation I was shopping online and must have inquired about a truck but i received a call from a gentleman named Daniel from AutoNation and the rest is history I went to the dealership test drove 3 trucks all in mint condition but one particular a 2013 Lincoln Navigator was so well kept, clean and immaculate. I had to have it but I didn't get paid until the following weekend Ovidio the manager was a god sent he really was genuinely trying to help me he emailed me and they messaged me daily to let me know the truck was still available. They worked with me and got me qualified. Rich was amazing Very Very helpful . Daniel was not working the day I came in but Steve ended getting me situated was very friendly. i was in your dealership over this past weekend. Myself and my husband wanted to test drive 2-3 different cars. not thinking this would be a problem we wanted to walk around and look at cars. Three separate times we were asked if we were serious buyers or were we just window shopping! Each time we answered saying we are serious buyers but we weren’t sure what we wanted. I’ve never felt like i was welcome somewhere so much in my life. We actually had a good amount of money for a down payment and my husband and myself both have really good cried. i’m assuming we were treated like this because we were still in our work clothes. We do own a local business and not dressed in our Sunday best! Either way i could not believe the looks we got from many of the employs there at your dealership! It’s never a good idea to judge a book by its cover! Needless to say there were plenty of other places to spend our money and that’s what we did. If this is how your staff is trained to treat people it a shame. Now i have my new car and will be dealing with another dealership for any future purchases. Shame on you AUTONATION SAN ANTONIO!! You have lost a customer and our extended families and friends!

Can’t do honest business with this dealership. Loan was taken out without the down payment applied. My signature then magically appeared on an updated document I hadn’t seen. Their apology for my signature magically appearing was a $500 check for it to go away. Walk away and do business with a dealership that can properly execute a deal and not forge purchase documents in a cover up attempt.

I purchased a 2008 Corvette from the San Antonio dealership via the website on September 8th, 2022. The vehicle was delivered to my home in Wisconsin on September 12th. It has been driven less than 500 miles and the transmission was not right from the day of delivery. There is almost nothing about the behavior of the vehicle's transmission that is normal... hard shifts, gear slippage during acceleration, revving between gear changes. There is zero chance this issue was not known prior to sale. The vehicle pictures on the dealership website have the Auto Nation Certified sticker on the windshield, and I have the signed 90 day warranty that was completed and sent over with my purchase agreement and paperwork. It is completely filled out and was signed as requested by the dealership. I took the vehicle to a mechanic and it has been determined that the transmission is bad on the vehicle and needs to be replaced. When the repair facility called the warranty company, they could not find the policy in their system and was instructed to call the dealership. When contacted, the manager stated the woman who was supposed to enter that information was terminated and no longer employed and that he would call back. A few minutes later he called and stated that Auto Nation does not do warranties for vehicles over 10 years or 175k miles and there is no coverage. There is absolutely no way I would purchase a vehicle without driving it if no warranty was included in the purchase. I was sent a warranty contract with the vehicle information completed by the dealership - which I signed along with the purchasing documents of the transaction. Emails to the CEO and other executive level management have not been acknowledged, so I will be using all avenues available to hold the dealership accountable.

Didn’t get into the car was there to get as it was sold right in front of our face. Salesman knew that’s why we were coming in didn’t bother to explain to the other salesman that the vehicle was being sold to us. No apology! Then the sales manager got involved sold us another vehicle that had all kinds of problems that no one bothered to tell us about. Vehicle was picked up two different times still to get it fixed went almost a month back and forth. Didn’t bother to give us some sort of incentive for all the trouble. After long searching for a specific make and model, I purchased from auto nation San Antonio, Tx. The SA location helped me locate the vehicle in Fort Lauderdale,FL. I bought a ticket one day to the next to pick up the vehicle to help save on transportation fees. When I arrived at the location, I walked around the vehicle and took it for a test drive. When test driving I felt a slight pull to the right and slight vibration. I reached out to SA and explained the situation, they said they would take care of it when I got back. The FL location did not even want to help put on the license plate. When I returned to SA I took the car to be inspected by autonation. The next morning where they did a state inspection and were supposed to do that infamous multi point bad boy. They missed the 11 parts that are missing off the car that’s right it’s missing 11 pieces on the front end. I took it to dodge to do a front end alignment cause they didn’t have the part needed to do it there and the vehicle would not take the adjustment. Now there saying as is. When I was in the 5 days they were telling me that they would take care of it and bill back to Florida now how things have changed. Now they’re maybe just going to fix what can get warranted. There are multiple people that have had the same bad experience. Just read some of the other reviews about this place. I have been misled and dragged out regarding these issues. I have had to go to the location because they would not return text or calls. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS! BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE

My car buying experience here was great. My salesman Paul was on top of everything and there weren't any issues along the way. I had been stalking their page for images of a Rebel and once the stock images were replaced with the real images, I requested to be contacted. This was 3am Tuesday. Paul had emailed me by 7am. I had my truck delivered in front of my house in Dallas by Thursday. If I had to gripe about anything at all, it would be the fact that I had to travel to a local dealership to sign paperwork, but even that process was little to no effort on my end. The finance department was able to beat my credit union rate no problem. I wasn't harassed with being upsold on additional products constantly. What could you not admire about the car buying process here? Paul was great. I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next car for this dealership.

don’t normally go back to change a review but I felt it was definitely needed and warranted especially since I was giving it such praise before and saying was best place ever. First off do not fall for their this much point inspection on every car bs as it’s definitely not true and I suckeredly believed it without checking every little thing before buying which you should do. I was so excited to finally find the car I wanted that I checked major things then believed that they actually did do the point inspection and nothing would be wrong. We’ll that night driving home on highway noticed how hard was to turn the steering wheel looked it up tho and saw Chevy had a extended special warranty for this exact problem so no big deal I thought. Next day I try messsing with my drive modes since I was able to plug car in and charge battery ( they sold it to me and had me test drive with no battery charge on gas only no electric) that’s when I realized I could not switch drive modes go from electric to gas or sport or mountain mode. I tried to call got told will leave him message and will get call back 2 days later I called again told he’s with customer I’ll personally tell him to call u back when he’s done. Again that day goes by with no call back finally I’m able to get him next day get told my free 3 month warranty can fix it no deductible awesome I think. I go back few days later while on way to Chevy dealership to get fixed and one guy I mention it to even said wait no they should’ve done that here I’m so sorry for that goes to talk to guy sold it to me comes back and says actually take it to Chevy you’ll be good to go and they’ll get u taken care of will have loaner car for you to use also. I get to Call them back to verify some info chevy guy told me. We’ll now I’m told no their is a deductible I’ll have to use my extra insurance I bought for the rental and I can’t get it fixed for almost a month when my paperwork and stuff is finally finalized. I think this is total bs when a guy who works there even said at first should’ve gotten fixed there first and since it was already broken when was bought even tho was told went thru so and so point inspection which clearly isn’t true because would’ve definitely noticed it if checked. So please make sure u check EVERYTHING BEFORE U BUY otherwise they will not fix it and force u to pay to fix something they should’ve fixed before selling it.

The San Antonio location is not to be trusted. The buy back plan is a scam. They don’t tell you the day you buy the vehicle is day #1 to them. Even when the vehicle you purchased isn’t ready to be picked up until noon the next day. So disappointed. I bought multiple vehicles from the Corpus Christi location. Had great service.

Got a 2012 f150 from them. Finance department was short staffed so it took a while. A customer got upset while I was there about their offer for financing and stormed out. All the sales people mocked him in front of everyone. So it took a few days for the vehicle too be delivered it was at the automation in Austin. I noticed it had a low oil pressure alarm going off when idle. I spoke with my salesman he says bring it by we will fix it. I show up too get it fixed they tell me take it too Austin we don’t work on vehicles here. My salesman wasn’t around apparently he had quit already. They kept telling me I needed too take it somewhere else so I said you either fix it or take it back this is supposed too be a certified vehicle. Left it with them after some back and forth. Came back lay the next day they claimed it was fixed. Two days later it’s back on and I’m past the 250 miles or 5 days return.

I am extremely disappointed in the dealership and the vehicle I purchased from them. I live in the Dallas area and flew down to San Antonio to get the vehicle from them. I purchased a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE 350. I was told what a great vehicle this was. They had listed numerous features the vehicle was suppose to have, but is not equipped with. They pointed out the Mercedes ‘signature’ windshield to me, but failed to point out the chip in the windshield that was hidden from drivers view behind the rear view mirror. A chip they said they wouldn’t fix so I had to pay to have that done as well. When I asked about the tires, I was told they were in great shape, had several thousand miles left on them……they need replaced. It’s missing the back cargo cover, the suspension is funky and when you hit a dip you about bounce out of your seat. When I called about repairs they told me to take it to the dealer, I’ve had to take it to the dealer on more than one occasion for repairs so far and I’ve only had it 3 months. I made an appointment at the dealership a couple weeks ago cause the air conditioner is not working and couldn’t get in til the 23rd. I have called my local Autonation dealership and have left numerous messages for the Service Manager here as well, and he has yet to return a phone call to me. So now I’m just bouncing around town in a $60,000 tin can sweat box in Texas heat with no A/C and bad tires! We need to buy 2 more vehicles for our family and I guarantee they won’t be from an Autonation!

Horrible! Do not buy a car from here! I had problems with my car from the first week I pulled off the lot. Now my car sits and can’t be driven. 6 weeks so far at the vw dealership and it’s looking like 6 more weeks! No help. No car. But you better believe my car note and insurance still has to be paid. The warranty we bought only offered 10 days of a loaner, not 12 weeks. To rent a car for 12 weeks would be absolutely impossible. We have called and called and the manager doesn’t even take the time to call back. Never ever buy a car from here! Ever! I sold them a very good car and they sold me a piece of junk and could not care less.

The Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car, they lie to your face the whole time. We went to buy a car on Saturday and 6 other people backed out of deals while we were there. They left very angry and saying curse words!!! They added money to the price of the car when it was time to sign the paperwork, then told us we have to buy their gap insurance only ( also a lie ) found rust all over the vehicle, and a huge nail in the tire. I asked the 2 managers on duty if they can do something like replace the tire? They told me to take it to discount tire and get it fixed, and “ if they bill you just bring us a receipt and you might get reimbursed? Then they pulled my credit without permission. And much more,. Very bad experience,!!!!!

Beware of AutoNation's unethical business practices that took us from happily purchasing a vehicle to canceling the sale and getting a refund within the span of a few hours. I went with my sister, Sharlotte, to help her buy a vehicle, but this is what happened. Quick Version: - Ovi, the salesfloor manger; Michelle, the saleslady; Liz, the financial person; and Brian, the financial director; were all involved in getting Sharlotte to sign (title, registration, and odometer reading) for a vehicle that we thought was on site but was still in another city—and then insisted she hadn’t really agreed to anything. Longer Version: • Sharlotte is new to the process (and so am I). • Sharlotte signed the Purchase Agreement on July 27, 2022. • On July 27th, after signing the Purchaser's Agreement, one of the salesfloor managers told Sharlotte her car would be here the next day, July 28th. • Upon arriving on the 28th to get her keys and sign the final papers, the car was still in Corpus Christi. • Michelle, her saleslady, apologized, and said she thought the vehicle would be here too. • Oddly, Michelle then insisted Sharlotte see the Financial Department because "something" was wrong with the debit card transaction for the down payment paid on July 27th when she signed the Purchaser’s Agreement. Ovi, a salesfloor manager, came over, introduced himself as the General Manager (why?), and insisted she see the Financial Department about her down payment "issue" too. • Liz at the Financial Department said nothing was wrong with her down payment. But... • Liz had her sign the title, registration, and odometer reading paperwork though Liz admitted it was strange the car wasn't here yet. Sharlotte had a weird feeling but went forward with signing, being new to car buying. • Before we left, Ovi said he’d told Michelle several times that the vehicle wouldn't be here today. • Shaking his head, he admitted it was a common problem: his salespeople rush a sale even if the vehicle is not on hand because, in his words, "it's the end of the month," and that's when they receive their bonuses. • We went home and we both learned from family that what AutoNation had done was unethical, because one only signed the final paperwork once the vehicle is on site. • Sharlotte was upset and had tears in her eyes. She asked me to return to AutoNation with her. • We went back to AutoNation immediately to get her down payment back and cancel the purchase. • Ovi insisted she didn’t have to cancel anything because, as he stated, she never signed the final paperwork, only the Purchaser’s Agreement. She disagreed. • She also said their 48-hour Buyer's Remorse Period would run out before the vehicle even arrived 3-5 days later, potentially leaving her stuck with a car she might not want. • Ovi repeated that she’d only signed the Purchaser's Agreement, and added, "We don't do that here. We only have you sign the final papers once the car is here, we've checked the odometer, and you've had time to look at the car." • I ended the back-and-forth by asking him, "Since she signed the Purchaser's Agreement yesterday, what did she sign today?" • Sharlotte then told him, "People buy from people they know, like, and trust. And right now, trust is broken." Ovi had nothing to say except, "Financial Services will be with you shortly." • When the purchase was canceled, I asked Liz, "To confirm, what did Sharlotte sign earlier today?" She answered, "The registration, title, and odometer reading." • Liz added “it is the end of the month” and they need the final papers signed to ensure they get reimbursed for transferring a vehicle from one site to another. • The financial director, Brian, came to speak with us, asking if there was anything he could do to save the sale. When we explained everything, he said, just like Ovi and Liz, "Well, it is the end of the month..." referencing the employee bonuses and transfer-fee reimbursement. - We will report AutoSharkNation to the BBB.

Esteban Torres and Ovidiu rosca don’t belong in the car industry. They claim they do 125 step inspection but they don’t. They sold me a car with an aftermarket tune, missing windshield wiper reservoir, tps sensor light on and many more issues. The car is just now sitting since nobody will touch it with that aftermarket tune. All I can say is karma will come back and haunt them. They hide a lot of things from the customers. We will never step inside or lot of an auto nation ever again. Word of mouth will spread trust me. I sure hope cooperate sees this.

When you walk into the dealership for plates & registration for the truck you bought 60 days ago, but leave with an additional Jeep… that’s testament enough as to how great the inventory & service is at AutoNation SA. If I could give this place no stars I would. Brad had me drive 2 and a half ours to get a car after speaking to him several times to make sure we would be able to drive off with the car. When we arrive he tells us we have to go through their finance company. Knowing we already had been approved with Navy Army. When I showed up I was immediately greeted by one of the salesmen, Trent, who during the entire process was professional and honest. On the test drive, he showed there was nothing to hide wit the vehicle, took us to an empty lot to make various maneuvers at the extreme ranges of turning, acceleration, and braking, to ensure everything functioned properly and wasn't making any weird noises. I eventually found a vehicle elsewhere that better fit my needs, but was pleased with how I was treated.

Worked with Brandon Nelson to sell one of my cars. He was never pushy, extra patient throughout, and his efficient processes at closing were truly magnificent. Until now I’ve never used “magnificent” to describe a car place. Money wise, I got quotes from a few different places including Carvana. AutoNation gave me the best price out of the other companies. At my appointment to sign papers, I was in and out way faster than expected which was an unexpected, pleasant surprise! I think that what stands out about this place the most was the professional experience that Brandon gave from start to finish. His closing process was clearly very well thought out - again, simple and efficient! In passing, I noticed that the rest of the staff seemed to also like working there - good vibes all around. Oh, and you know what they DIDN’T do? That whole irritating rigamarole at other car places when the first guy goes to his manager, back and forth, they everyone trades annoying messages for hours and hours (basically any other car dealership I’ve ever done business with). Nope, none of that whatsoever at AutoNation. This place is well-run, HONEST in their dealings, and we will certainly be back!

Went to pick it up 30 mins before closing and the vehicle was missing head rests, the carpet was pulled looked like they just replaced it and threw another on top , service light was on, and it was not detailed or gassed up. I was disappointed and did not take the vehicle at the time. I let the manager know that i was not happy and the pictures did not show ANY of this. Manager made it right, ordered me head rests, floor mats , and sent it to dealer to "get fixed". Once it was ready I picked up the vehicle and I was happy. UNTIL I kept noticing bugs that kinda looked like gnats. I didn't think much of it so I just killed a few. Then the next day I saw more and didn't think to much of it. Then on the 3rd day I must of killed like 10 in less then 5 mins. This time they were landing on me, my children, and my new born. At that time I took a close look at the insect and it turned out to be carpet beetles. MY VEHICLE WAS INVESTED WITH CARPET BEETLES. The next day my husband lifted carpet, bombed the car, and there must of been over 100 adult carpet beetles/larvae. It was so gross I didn't even want to drive my car or risk them crawling on my newborn in his car seat. I called the dealer, they said they were unaware of the issue, to bring it in so they can VACUUM it. They wanted to vacuum it like if that would kill the infestation. They said there was not much they could do.The carpets needed to be steamed and the process needed to be repeated at least 3x. At that point I was just frustrated. Instead of saying will do what we need to to get rid of the problem they just asked if I wanted to get into another vehicle. I couldn't even get ahold of a manager when I called, my sales person quit, it was a mess. I just asked to return the vehicle and get my trade and the manager changed his attitude after that. I was still in my 5 day period. I asked for a letter of cancellation and he told me we don't do that, I had to keep asking for it, then he said that his "manager approved of the letter". (In my head I was like you are the manager) Then when everything was all set and done he was like your car is outside. I had to go tell him to put my plates back on my car and he didn't even hand me the keys. When I went to my car it was locked, I had to ask the guy at the front desk for them. What kind of service is that! All while holding my 2 month old. SMDH! It's not even about the purchase anymore, it's about the service. I was purchasing a vehicle over $50,000 ! I will NO LONGER set foot in an AutoNation again, and I will tell everyone about my experience because I wouldn't want something like this to happen to someone else. That has me thinking . . . Why was the carpet replaced in the vehicle in the first place. The only person that was sincere about the situation was the finance manager. Other then that these sales people & managers are all about making a sale and hitting there numbers. They don't care about your experience or the customers satisfaction. I was able to find the car I wanted and knew I had to move quickly since Tesla’s are selling so fast. I submitted a question online to see if it was still available and it was. I got a call from Brad right away and he asked me to complete the trade in process online then brought my trade in right for further evaluation. Brad worked for me to help me get a fair deal that I was happy about on my trade. Then he started the process of having the Tesla brought to San Antonio from Austin with 24 hours. We did the loan work that day too. The next day the car was ready as promised…even a little earlier that I thought it would be. 😁 It took maybe 15 minutes to sign docs and I was in and out within an hour in my new Tesla. I felt very comfortable with Brad and the entire team and felt they were very transparent and straightforward. They were also great with my 8 year old son and extremely friendly and welcoming. I live in Las Vegas and purchased a vehicle remotely from an Auto Nation in Cincinnati and it was an exceptional experience so I thought it would be the same at a different Auto Nation location and was sadly mistaken. From getting incorrect information multiple times from the sales person and the general manager, to completing the paperwork, to collecting the deposit, to the vehicle delivery, even to getting the final paperwork it was all bad. Most horrible car buying experience. The salesperson (Fransis) got her commission and apparently decided she didn't need to help me any further. I set multiple messages (texts and emails) about a variety of issues and I never got a response. Beyond this, we live 5.5 hours away and the motor on our truck mirror was out so we were specifically told "just take it up to Amarillo and they will fix it" (mind you it's 2.5 hours away from us). So we called and made sure and the manager at this store assured me they'd fix it. We made a special trip just to find out nobody had called the Amarillo store and the part is on backorder for 4 months!!!! No apologies were offered for us wasting $100 in gas to fix what was supposed to be fixed before we bought the truck. Now, we have been waiting on our tags and our temp tags are expired (a week). The lady I spoke to 5 days ago said she was overnighting them. I call and have been on hold (with Fransis for 40 minutes so far. ) she put me on hold about 25 minutes ago so I'm sure she forgot. Anyways. I will never buy a car here or recommend anyone else do so. I have bought several cars in my life and this experience is pure terror.

Y’all work directly with my financial institutions and we’re able to complete both transactions the same day! Less stress on me to have to deal with the banks! I have attempted numerous times via email and text to Francis Cruz and Kyle the GM to get an answer and they do not answer. I have only received two vague answers from Francis saying she does not know anything (which is all she ever responds with). After attempting to get an answer from them I had to go around them and contact the warranty company who informed me they approved the work January 13th. They also sent payment to AutoNation and was informed by AutoNation last month that the replacement fuel tank has been installed which has not. After numerous attempts on my side no one from AutoNation has contacted me to schedule these repairs. Worst experience ever and apparently they do not care. Its is to the point where legal action is going to have to take place because they have now conducted fraud.

Terrible Customer service!! Check engine light came on after I bought a car from here!! On 1/20/22 I purchased a Chevy Cruze from Mr. Brad Donnelly Zicari at Autonation store #971 at 15423 W I-10 San Antonio TX, 78249. Initially the car buying experience was fine and I did not have a problem purchasing the car from him or Autonation. The vehicle was purchased with limited warranty. I took the car home. The next day the check engine light came on. I contacted Mr. Brad about the issue the next day and I came to the dealership to have it checked by the service department. I waited for about 2 hours just for them to tell me that the oxygen sensor needed to be replaced and that they were going to order the parts. I asked the service department if I needed to sign a work order or any sort of document and they said no. I took them for their word and left the store. On January 24 I texted Mr. Brad if my car part had came in and he said yes. Through text message we agreed that I could come in on January 26 at 1pm to drop off my car for service. I arrived on the 26 to drop it off and waited an hour and a half for them to install the oxygen sensor. After waiting, I asked Brad about an update and he informed me that the service department had ordered the wrong part, but that the correct part was actually en route to the dealership to be installed. I agreed to wait some more and he then told me that the part was installed. I asked if I needed to sign any paper work. He said no. I took the car home and the check engine light came back on. I opened the hood and I discovered that the oxygen sensor that they claimed was causing the problem was never replaced. I was shocked and disappointed. I called the dealership and and spoke to Gabriel on the phone and tried to be connected with Alonso Barazza, the service manager at the dealership. Gabriel told me that Alonso was not in, so I left a detailed message about the situation. Gabriel said he would relay my case over to Alonso. It has since been about almost 2 weeks and I have not heard anything back. I messaged Mr.Brad on the January 31st about my disappointment but he did not respond. I am very dissatisfied with how Mr. Mr. Brad Donnelly Zicari and Alonso Barazza has handled the situation concerning the car. This is not the car shopping experience I was hoping for. The only thing that can remedy this is for the dealership to honor the warranty contract that I have with them and fix my car.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! It is still not even over, no one will answer the phone after me purchasing. Really wish I could give them negative stars. Car has engine light on, brakes are bad and the clutch is in need of repair in less than a week of owning. NO ONE will respond to me or even attempt to help. It all started when I went to look at the vehicle on a Saturday and was told that it need to be cleaned and some repairs made and everything ready for sale but that it would be ready to test drive on a Tuesday. That Tuesday i contacted Francis who told me it was complete and made an appointment for me to see the vehicle the following day, Wednesday with her there at 6:00p.m. We drove an hour and a half there only to arrive and be told it was her day off and she would not be coming in. We waited 45 minutes for someone to even come over to help us. Finally as we were walking out Steve walked over to help us and then brought the vehicle around for us. At that time we see nothing has been done and it has not been touched since that previous Saturday as she said it had been. We went ahead and test drove the vehicle and the manager came over and said everything would be taken care of before we purchased it. So at that time I said as long as everything was done I would like to reserve it and purchase it, only if the necessary repairs were made. We waited another hour for them to put paperwork together. At 8:45p.m. which was after the dealership (we had been there since our 6pm appointment)had already closed I told him I needed to leave because I needed to be up at 4 am the next day for work. He said he would email me my paperwork and I could sign it and send it back so we left. He said the vehicle would be ready the next day but it was not, it took them almost a week to deliver the vehicle. At that time Steve brought the vehicle and my paperwork and said he would send me my copies the next day. 3 days later he contacts me and asks me to resign new paperwork but will not send me my copies of the original to see what was different and never gave me a reason why they wanted new paperwork signed. I have emailed, text, and called the main business and it has been over 3 weeks and I still do not have my paperwork and they will not respond to me or send my papers. I had the vehicle delivered on November 22nd and I still have no paperwork showing I own the vehicle. On December 1st I tried contacting them because the vehicle began to have problems. No one would answer the phone or respond to my emails or text to request service. The vehicle does have a warranty but no one will answer me on how to get this vehicle repaired. I have called at least 5 times since December 1st and emailed and no one will tell me where to take it for repairs. The check engine light is on, the brake rotors are bad and the clutch rod and bushings are going out. These problems occurred a week after purchase. I have taken it to a mechanic and he diagnosed it and the repairs that need to be made but NO ONE at Autonation will respond. I definitely feel as though I have been sold a lemon and the lack to respond to me is proof of that. I need the vehicle fixed and my paperwork and absolutely no one will respond. I am at the point that if they do not respond and fix the issues they know the vehicle had when they sold it then I will have to seek legal help.

I just want to thank AutoNation, Gabriel our salesperson and JT for the amazing experience we had purchasing our vehicle. We originally went in to see a different vehicle and then Gabriel showed us the rest of the car lot asking us what we liked. When we found the 2018 Honda CRV he went to get the keys for a test drive. Immediately we loved the space inside, the handling while driving, and of course the upkeep of the vehicle. We went inside and started the paperwork. Thinking it would be a hassle deal for them with us improving our credit in life right now, they sent our application out and we got an approval! Gabriel even went back in to get us better terms, and then JT sealed the deal. Never once we did we feel out of place! JT (thanks for the donut) too! We would definitely recommend AutoNation and Gabriel to everyone. We will also be returning for future car purchases!
